We operate with a simple logic: create less, but better. Each piece is produced on demand, with selected partners and modern technologies, to offer a premium and conscious experience.

What are the production and delivery times?

Production: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery: 2 to 7 days depending on the country and local carrier.

Our production network operates locally to reduce carbon footprint, delays and environmental impact.

What is your return policy?

Our items are printed only after you place your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or a change of mind.

On the other hand :

If a product is defective, damaged, or contains a printing error, it will be replaced free of charge.

How do EKONI customer accounts work?

EKONI uses the new secure account system .

The connection is made via a security code sent by email — no password to remember.

It's fast, secure, and limits the risks associated with reused or compromised passwords.

I no longer have access to my email address, what should I do?

No worries. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, here are the solutions:

1. Create a new account
Use your new email address to create a new account. You will receive an instant login code at this address.

2. Contact us to reconnect your old orders
If you previously placed an order with your old email address, please contact us. We can relink your past orders to your new account so you can access your order history.

3. Restore access to your old address (if possible)
If you can reactivate your old email (via Gmail, Outlook, etc.), you will be able to log in one last time and then update your address in your account.

Without access to the email address, it is not possible to receive the login code. This is a security measure to protect your data.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • a tracking number,
  • the name of the carrier,
  • a link to track the delivery in real time.

You can check this tracking information at any time until delivery.

Where are your items manufactured?

Our products are produced through a network of local partners in different countries, in order to:

  • reduce the distances travelled,
  • limit the carbon footprint,
  • accelerate delivery times.

The packaging is 100% plastic-free , in line with our vision of more responsible fashion.
